ABOUT
About The Auto Ethnographer
Thirty years of automotive experience with four automakers on five continents led to a fascination about how business works between diverse cultures.

Let's talk.
Our guests tell the human stories behind famous automotive and vehicle brands, spanning continents and cultures across the globe. Together we explore the cultural nuances of a vast and seemingly monolithic industry, country by country.
We let industry leaders tell their stories of challenges, successes and failures, what they changed, and what changes they experienced.
Autoethnography?
Derived from Tony E. Adams definition, "autoethnography" is a research method leaning on the experiences of individuals to analyze assumptions, culture, communication, local norms, traditions, emotional impact, and how they mesh with greater culture and society where they operate.
Normally, "auto" relates to the self - think "autobiography". But we put wheels on it and focus on the culture of vehicles.
Why join us?
The Auto Ethnographer serves those that seek to learn about the cultural nuances and success factors in the global vehicle industry. The guests on the show bring stories of real life experiences, successes, and failures.
